What Should We Do to So Our Senses Function properly?

The human body is comprised of earthly materials, and all the elements on earth, including soil, stone, gas, gold, iron, lead, magnetism, and other substances, are also available in the human body with a certain proportion.
Since the human body is constructed from all substances on earth, it needs to maintain balanced nourishment of all earthly materials so their senses can function appropriately to carry out their responsibilities properly.
All the fruits, oils, and food in the world are created for humans and other beings, consuming them.
However, these substances have classifications with similar characteristics. For instance, cooking oil from animals, plants, or fruits all have similar ingredients, vitamins, and particles. Consuming one of them, therefore, is the same as consuming others.
Nevertheless, if some of these substances do not reach the body, it will cause weakness. In other words, certain beneficiary microbes that need to consume those substances will become short in numbers, which, in turn, will create weakness and deficiency in the body.
On the other hand, if a substance is consumed more than what is necessary (for example, we need ten grams of substances in walnut, but we eat fifty grams), the body cannot absorb the excessive substances. Therefore, the excessive substances will settle, just like an over-abundance of sugar that settles in the water past the point of saturation.
The settled substances gradually create particular and harmful microbes. They enter the blood circulation and create disorders and fever, and sometimes they cause stroke and various ailments. Such cases will result in a blood clot, bacteremia, an increase in blood pressure, urea, fat, sugar, or albumen.
(Of course, every substance creates its specific and unique microbe and malaise, and they are only listed here in general).
These microbes are not among beneficial microbes. In other words, they are harmful microbes with different names. The prescribed treatment for these microbes is also from the earth's substances, which act as an antidote to that harmful food.
Those harmful microbes will be eliminated by this medicine, which is the opposite (antidote) of that food, which neutralizes and eliminates the deposit of excessive substances.
The medicinal substance already exists in humankind's body; however, since it is an antidote to the deposited substances, the human body requires more of this medicine than it already has. Throughout time, people have utilized their senses and realized that they need to prepare medicines and prescribe them when necessary. The body's weakness will slowly recover, and the excess substances will gradually diminish once the body recuperates through the utilization of proper medicine. The recovery duration for the sick person is the duration the body needs to eradicate excessive substances and recover from weak conditions. In any case, if the patient consumes that harmful substance during sickness, the ailment will relapse. Therefore, we should have a proper and balanced diet to regain health.
The advantage of diet is that it provides the necessary time to eradicate the excess substances. Therefore, most illnesses can be cured through a food regimen and diet. Of course, we should know what diet to have and what foods to avoid. For instance, when the body requires a particular vitamin, the illness will relapse if our diet includes that specific vitamin.
Diet should be on the foods that have been consumed excessively, not on all foods. It is wrong to have a diet on all foods. There are many issues to cover in this discussion, and it requires multiple voluminous books.
