106- “Meter” is Not a Scale
For example, you may say that this table is two meters long. What is one meter? Is it not but a piece of iron or another metal, wood, cloth, or any other material cut in a specified length?
Are you sure that its dimensions are not going to change? No, you are not. The length of these measuring tools varies during winter and summertime; it expands and shrinks. Humidity, dryness, atmospheric and terrain factors, and thousands of other elements that are out of your control, will change them.
