Proficiency has always been the step following the general principles so that once a person becomes sufficiently capable, then they will learn the specialty field in detail. For instance, if a person is to become an Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist, their education levels start with general information. They first learn general medicine for years, then graduate and become a general physician. Then following the specialty field in specific branches of the medical fields, they carry out an internship in a specific hospital so that they would become proficient and a specialist after years. A hospital is referred to as a comprehensive hospital, only if it contains physicians of various specialties, and if not, it is an incomplete one. A hospital includes all sorts of physicians and has all the necessary equipment and staff. In such a hospital, each doctor on their own is not complete. If also one of the doctors is missing from that hospital, it will result in deficiency, and thus, it is not a perfect and united hospital.
