Methods of Superstitious

The Flowers Of Guidance Volume One Nine Instructive Steps to Gaining Knowledge Step 6: Religion and Knowledge

An ignorant individual not only does not possess a proper religion, but also, he is incapable of retaining his religion. For instance, we can consider some people from villages, mountains and tribes that have no proper religion, or their religion entwines with superstitions. They do not regard the rules of cleanliness, and they do not regard the commands of hygiene and health. They do not carry out their prayers properly, and they do not adhere to the principles and general beliefs of religion. They do not adhere to the fundamentals of ethics, and they are prepared to trample others for their benefit. They employ all sorts of dishonesties and do not abide by the rules of conscience (which is a part of religion and science).

The religion of people from villages, mountains, tribes, and desert people is mixed with superstitions (the picture above shows an Amazonian tribe in Brazil)
