A Difficult Life

The Flowers Of Guidance Volume One Nine Instructive Steps to Gaining Knowledge Step 7: Happiness and Kindness

Such an individual will provide a difficult life for himself through his foul actions and mind. Turning away from such glorious actions is like turning away from verities, creating hardship in life. “And whoever turns away from my remembrance; indeed, he will have a depressed life” (Taha, Verse 124). The idea is clear, and I do not think it requires further discussion. One can comprehend that if someone does not act upon this divine method, they will experience hardship and pressure. This hardship is true hell, and the great torment in the world provided by your own hands.

In the Gospel of Matthew, section 16, it states: “What advantage is there for one who wins all the world, but loses his life, and what human is sacrificing for his life?”

In “The Book of Job,” section 18, it states: “he will fall into pitfalls by himself, and he will walk on traps. The trap will hold his ankle by force … fears will frighten him from every direction and will cling to him. Cruelty will become hungry for him and will be ready for him to stumble.”
