Deserving People
Only such religious and moral people deserve to take responsibility for great works because they will never lose the path and customs of honor in their works according to their intellectual capacity. On the other hand, a man of no religion, despite his good behavior, cannot be trusted with the grave affairs of the public. He cannot be trusted because, as he does not believe in any principles, and as his behavior is not with a good conscience, he is capable of injustice and oppression and trampling on other’s rights. There are no barriers, impediments and regulations to obstruct him.
