Disadvantages of Being Unhealthy
You may have seen many whose lives are disturbed due to kidney or liver malfunction, or due to tooth decays, or defections in the eyes or ears, or stomach or intestinal failures, or other types of discomfort and pain. These people cannot carry out their obligations for the aforementioned reasons. What is true for these people is that, just as the driver whose car is defective, they are not in the mood to carry out their real responsibilities with enthusiasm or compelling interest. What seems apparent is that these pains and discomforts have disturbed and dimmed their spirit like a dark glass before their eyes. Depression follows. Plus, pain and discomfort do not allow them to have a free and serene mind to carry out their responsibilities.
Also, their constant attention towards alleviating pain and discomfort squanders time that they could assign to more vital affairs.
