What is Talent?
The other force is talent. If humankind does not use the power of distinction and comprehension to choose the best among various concepts, and if one cannot discover and select the best method of using his talent, he will never find his path to verity and advancement.
Talent is the very power that distinguishes the outcome of actions. One may see the paintings of two different artists or two buildings created by different builders on display for the public; people can clearly distinguish which had better taste and talent. When two calligraphers write the same sentence, they will find one more appealing simply because of the more significant talent of the calligrapher. So, talent has a tremendous effect on the outcome.
Following these factors, the other traits necessary to reach spiritual sublimity and enlightenment are good behavior and a pleasant demeanor towards people. Such traits are the best tools to reach the divine truth, and one who lacks either cannot truly succeed in any affair.
