However, as a reminder, we point out that the most crucial one of these commands is health, for it is required of everyone to maintain their well-being and preserve their health. Preservation of well-being includes many details, including proper and balanced exercising, adequate and timely bathing, balance in food, the etiquette of eating, breathing etiquette, as well as getting enough sleep, relaxation and sufficient recreational activities.
