Being Beneficent

In addition to being employed, humankind can benefit others be it indirect, like all those benefits he gained from striving for thousands of others, or direct, like when he manages a workshop where employees and their families can benefit. What better profit is there than to benefit and do good deeds and assist others? Any task, be it a financial nature or service, will be a benefit to others one way or the other. Because no act can elevate the spirit like good deeds and serving others, one who is unemployed deprives himself of this great source of happiness.
Many factors contribute to the weariness of the spirit of an unemployed individual, and we only discussed a few here. One crucial notion we should mention here is that, while he sits idly and unemployed, all internal organs of his body, including his heart, lungs, digestive system, kidney, liver and gallbladder, are all working to full capacity. Billions of cells, microbes and bodily creatures are manifesting their full force and biotic activities. Is it fair that all these creatures strive to keep a unit alive while he is idle and an unbeneficial part of a society?
