Advantages and Disadvantages
Whenever a person benefits from the loss of someone else, even though the person may think he has made a profit, it is, in fact, a loss to him. For instance, when someone obtains an object by theft, fraudulence, trickery, or by taking advantage of other people, he should not be happy from the benefit because the loss he brought to others is, in fact, his loss.

Those who gamble, win each other’s money in the name of luck; someone wins, and the other loses. The winner may think he has won, while, in truth, he has lost as well because the loss of others is also his loss.
