Using the Spirit

The second notion: The more precise, extensive, and bigger one’s capacity and mental capabilities, the more one uses the spirit. The spirit is one single, infinite, divine being, and all creatures use the spirit according to the makeup of their mind, body, and talents. It is for this reason that we witness such grand differences in the talents of human beings. These differences are dependent on their mental capabilities that utilize the general power of the spirit accordingly. Animals have different classes, sizes, and capacities. Bees have a mental mechanism that contains a specific place for architecture and engineering, according to what is destined by God. Bees construct magnificent geometric houses, while elephants, despite their enormous bodies and brain size, are incapable of this skill. Instead, elephants have other capabilities and advantages that bees lack. The advantages that beings have against each other are in different areas; they are advantages that are relative to their life. For instance, elephants have high intelligence, they are obedient, and they can learn to a degree. They have a high level of perception; they can bear heavy loads, can store water in their trunks, or lift heavy loads with them. In the old days, elephants worked as cranes. Such senses are powerful in elephants, while bees lack these attributes. It is impossible to tame a bee to be obedient. The small brain of the bees will not obey humans, while the enormous elephant can become obedient to a child. On the other hand, bees give great benefits to humanity.
