The Spirit: One Unit
These words were an introduction so that everybody could understand that the spirit is one infinite, divine, flowing, and united being. As the force and the power of God engulfs the universe. The spirit (as a notion of his will) is like a sea that surrounds the universe. All beings (all planets, all creatures) are swimming in this immense force. For example, the water in the ocean is the means of connection between all beings in the ocean. An external observer can perceive very well that there are no detachments in the beings of the ocean, and all are, indeed, connected and joined. The spirit is also the means of connection between human beings and other creatures in the universe. This connection is not only by the spirit but also by the air, astral beings, the astral current fields, and other forces. If someone contemplates and scrutinizes this notion, he will realize that the concept of detachment or separation is strange and inadequate.
