The Intention Behind This Reminder
Do not assume this reminder to be self-praise and excessive. It is upon humanity to introduce himself and declare the attributes of himself so to guide people with the lantern of light. Who better than that person himself to be aware of his essence? Just like when the Prophet Joseph (Praise be upon him) found enough honesty and integrity in himself, he called upon the Prince of Egypt: “[Joseph] said, “Appoint me over the treasury of the land. Indeed, I will be a knowledgeable and wise guardian.” (Yusuf, Verse 55).
