Let us have a look at the process of material advancements. Let us begin with the issue of transportation. There was a time when humankind was using only livestock. Before the invention of wheels, chambers were put over animals in the form of palanquins or litters. Then, as wheels were invented, carts, wagons and carriages were gradually perfected and employed until 100 years ago. Day by day, the looks, beauty, and comfort of these animal-driven carriages were modified and improved until humankind discovered the power of steam. After that, we built locomotives and trains. Then came cars, motorcycles, and ships that sailed over the seas with the power of steam. Next, it was time to employ the power of electricity in transportation. Then electric trams were manufactured, and airplanes after that. Now, people have developed supersonic jets and entered the era of rockets, Apollo, and space satellites.
