Nothing in the universe is void of spirit. Hairs and fingernails have the spirit as well.

We get disturbed when our fingernail is broken at the tip without even touching the skin. We get a feeling of “chills” when our fingernails bump into something, as if when we cannot relax until we remove the broken nail. How can the fingernails make such discomfort within us if they do not have a spirit?
