The Disadvantages of Bashfulness in Studying
Those who excuse themselves from seeking knowledge with justifications such as embarrassment, bashfulness, and laziness, or those who merely follow their whims and lust are unfruitful individuals. They will not have any benefits for humankind. Consequently, humanity will not pay attention to them. Therefore, they will become despicable, unfortunate, and desolate, and the very curtain of ignorance that has fallen on them will increase their desolation. We should know this truth: the universe favors those who are more beneficial individuals. This notion is a general principle that no one should disregard.
