Don’t we see that all governments long to get ahead of the others in terms of science and scientific discoveries and inventions and creations of products driven by science and knowledge? Scientific competitions that once were held only among some scholars in the corners of houses or libraries are now widespread. Powerful governments are rising and competing in this path with all their power, influence, and wealth.
