The Role of Destiny

That plan must come to life. For this reason, by force and destiny, intellect and contemplation have been gifted to humankind. So, this way, the plan of destiny can come to life. Not using intellect and wisdom is like a person who tries not to see with their eyes wide open. God has destined him with the gift of eyesight to see and not be blind. Is this reasonable?
