The Lighter, The Higher
As discussed, whatever is lighter goes higher (relative to the heavier material), and there are no absolute highs and lows. The water in the sea is heavier than the clouds and remains low, but when it evaporates, it gets lighter and ascends; because it should not stay low anymore, and there is no responsibility for it over the sea. Its velocity increases when it evaporates; it will get lighter, and its atoms will become smaller. This steam that rises from the seawater is initially in the form of very ethereal gases invisible to the eyes and scattered within the atmosphere. Thus, we are unaware of its existence. When it becomes denser and more compressed, it will turn into clouds that stay higher than water because they are lighter than seawater.
