Differences in Areas of The Earth
Weather, water, gases, and the Astral Ethereal Fields vary in different areas of the earth. For instance, their status in Siberia is different compared to a temperate or a tropical environment.
Therefore, people who live in different places have different behaviors. If people migrate from one place to another place with different environments and live there for a while, we will see subtle variations in their behavior. Even though it may not be sensible if their moods and behavior can be recorded in different places, these differences will become apparent.
