2. Kindness
Kindness means compassion, and if it exists in a person, one will be compassionate towards others as he is towards himself, meaning all of the good that he wishes for himself, he wishes for others as well. Every harmful and evil thing he does not wish for himself; he will not wish for others as well.
Whenever there is kindness and compassion in a tradesman, he will never succumb to cheating his customers with fake products simply because he considers himself as the consumer of that product and, therefore, will never consent to do such a wrongful act. If an employee of an organization is compassionate, he will never agree to spoil the rights of others; he will treat everyone the same and never postpone the works of others. He considers postponing affairs as an example of spoiling the rights of others as well. If he is a compassionate craftsman, he will never succumb to delivering an incomplete and broken project. The same rule can also apply to other occupations and professions.
