There are many ways to knock on doors and to declare your presence. In days past, it was a simple knocker; now, there are electric bells and chimes. However, they all have the same objective: to announce our presence.
Nevertheless, how may one knock upon and seek to open the door to the secrets of love? Here, instead of simple knockers and bells, one must use the spiritual bell.
Why? Because the spirit is connected to the entire universe. Spirit is an order of God almighty, with a power stationed throughout the infinite universe that motivates movement and motion in all his creatures. Our spirit is nothing but a drop in the vast and never-ending ocean of creation, a drop that cannot be separated from the sea.
A small drop of water must have the necessary tools to reconnect itself to the vast ocean, just like the doorbell that needs power from an electrical source. When one rings the doorbell, the electric power activates. For the spirit, pressing the bell of yearning is what connects it to the infinite electricity of the universe. This process will only work through proper and correct methods.
So, with a flowing spirit, I knock upon the door. The spirit is always flowing within our bodies and exists all over the universe, like an enormous unique power (unity). It is also flowing because it runs like water, penetrating everywhere, connecting everyone, infiltrating, and reaching every direction, and there is no notion of separation in it.
