Knowledge Alone Is Not Enough

The Flowers Of Guidance Volume One Nine Instructive Steps to Gaining Knowledge Step 6: Religion and Knowledge

However, knowledge and science alone are not enough, and it needs to be entwined with theism, morality, and ethics. Because knowledge of theism and ethics (which is called religion and, is taught to humanity through the prophets of God), cleanses the ethics, it establishes order in society and improves the relationships between its members. It refrains humans from extreme behaviors, adopts moderation, and improves the best use of natural blessings and natural forces embodied in human beings. It improves the principles of health, and enforces humanity to abide by the principal notions of ethics, peace, propensity, brotherhood, loyalty, sacrifice, and dedication, benignity, amiability, integrity, veracity, and honesty.
