Now I am going to clearly state the manner of the emergence of intelligence in human beings. Forces that exist in the universe (and we name them the most delicate substances and invisible gasses) mix and blend. Their mixture is like those in chemistry. Just as how water is created from oxygen and hydrogen, or how salt is created from chlorine and sodium. Mind and intelligence emerge in a similar manner. Various gasses in the air join and mix to gain intelligence and power. Just as an electric machine creates sparks by rotation and combination, this intelligence is automatically created from reactions, revolutions and movements of the astral ethereal fields.
