2. Conscience
He who has a strong conscience is one who will notice his flaws. For example, when a man mistakenly persecutes his subordinate, he will, if he has a strong conscience, soon regret his deed. He strives to compensate whomever he has offended. However, if he lacks such a strong conscience, the sense of pride and selfishness will overcome him, and he will never admit to failure and will repeat his mistake. His conscience may even be so weak that he fails even to comprehend that he acted erroneously.
