Current Solution
It is worthy of all those who are ethical individuals to avoid gossiping themselves and encourage others to avoid it as well. Whenever someone decides to gossip, the people around him should try their best to remind him of the obscenity of this action. If they are in a space that prevents them from speaking out, they need to remain silent and, if possible, to bring to his attention his hideous actions courteously and humbly and demonstrate their moral disapproval of gossip. Of course, we should not forget that advising someone who gossips is acceptable; however, we should offer our advice in a manner that does not insult that person in public.
